So, I'm having a fabulous chat discussion at the mo' and we were wondering...does the BtVS fandom still have BNFs?  And if so, who are they?

We're just wondering.  Inquiring minds want to know.

Edited for other inquiring minds:  BNF=Big Name Fan.  Basically, the "big wigs" in the fandom.  I dunno exactly.  Someone else who has a better definition, feel free to chime in.  :D

I think sueworld2003 (but she's really been one forever) and shapinglight. It's funny, I once wondered that with my friends when I was new. Perhaps also kitty_poker1 since she's really a fantastic beta. velvetwhip has been producing great story in small ships for a very long time.

Uh... not you... :) But it's yet another example of people desperate to mention their friends. And I'm not immune. I first thought... ash, and you and angelstoy, and a couple others.

But... can't we all just be equally dorky, and loving of the fandom? Why do we need to assign uberfans?

Hee! *ponders* Well totally imo, a few years ago there used to be a few bigwiggy folks lol, kinda the people who organised everything, started the cool new comms, and kept the coolest ones cool, if you get me :)

But thats totally changed now, or at least i feel it has, n i dont honestly know if any group of people are the 'leaders' in the fandom. Its alot more scattered now methinks.
