Here's a Spuffy oldie but goodie - Buffy Want by Laure Alexander. Set during Beer Bad, Buffy needs to find a mate and she runs into Spike. It's fun and sexy and so well-written.

ETA: This is so frickin fun I can't stop. Another one of my old-time favorite Spuffy authors is rwp. My favorite stories of hers are Tiger Eyes (Buffy runs into Spike at the zoo after the events of Xander's hyenea possession and smut ensues), Fantasies, some Spuffy smut which happens in Season 2 during Spike's wheelchair days (which is also a WIP which looks like it will never be finished), and Castaways, in which Buffy and Spike land on a deserted island, fall in love, and have a baby before being rescued. This is also a WIP which hasn't been updated in 5 years. *pouts*
