( Memoirs 8 )
So much death and destruction took place that night that it is hard to recount it all. I fear I must only give you the highlights, although it is such an important part of the history of our Harem that it seems a shame to cut it short. However, to do more would take an entire book of its own and there are much more pleasurable encounters to come.
Spike and Jonathan used the back hallways to make their way to the mainframe computers. Jonathan assured him that any information would be available from there. Fortunately, this part of the Initiative was mostly deserted, as the soldiers stationed here had gone to aid in the defense.
They had two Krifgehns with them who stood guard outside the computer room when their charges disappeared inside it. Jonathan quickly accessed the system, bypassing the required passwords by whispering an often practiced spell. Then the information he required was at his fingertips and he grabbed a stack of CD’s from the desk and loaded them in the drivers, burning as much information to the discs as he could.
The specs for the chip were harder to find but after a few minutes search, Jonathan succeeded in locating the information. When the last disc was burned, he handed the stack to Spike and they started for the door. They heard the sound of fighting in the hallway and Spike gestured for Jonathan to stay put while he looked outside. He wasn’t prepared for the group of soldiers that forced their way past the Krifgehns who were fighting both soldiers and demons.
Apparently some of the Initiative’s demon prisoners had decided to use this hallway to escape and were followed by a half dozen soldiers. The demons were crazed and willing to take down anything in their path and attacked the Krifgehn demons. The soldiers joined the fray.
Spike slugged the first soldier through the door but the chip fired and he stumbled back as the pain ripped through his skull. The soldiers pressed their advantage and shoved him back into the room. One drew his weapon and fired. Jonathan screamed when Spike fell and rushed towards the soldiers, whispering a spell of protection. The bullet that hit his leg was the last thing to make it through the ward he cast and the soldier’s abandoned the fight after a moment to return to the fighting outside the room.
The Krifgehns had subdued the demons and killed several of the soldiers but they were both severely wounded. Spike slowly stood and helped the shivering Jonathan to his feet. Knowing the human was in shock, he slipped off his duster and wrapped it around him, and they both limped towards the check point where they were to meet Angelus.
Angelus and Riley made their way through their designated part of the Initiative. The demons guarding them weren’t really needed as Angelus quenched his rage on anyone who dared cross his path. Even the seasoned soldier beside him trembled in fear as Angelus killed and fed from many humans and demons that night.
They made their way towards the command center where Riley knew his former bosses would be holed up, directing the defense. Angelus wanted the leaders of the Initiative for himself and Riley handed them to him on a silver platter. They doors were barred but between Angelus’ strength and the strength of the demons aiding him, they were ripped from their hinges and tossed aside.
The soldiers opened fire, shooting their weapons uselessly. Angelus was wounded but kept his pet from any harm as the Krifgehn demons took out any who tried to stop him. Angelus gleefully drained each one, keeping his target well in sight. There was only one woman here and Angelus knew exactly who she was by the clinical way she stared at him as he fed.
He made his way towards her slowly, gorging himself on the blood of the soldiers assigned to protect her. None were safe from his bite. His wounds healed as he crossed the room, and still she watched. When all save her were dead on the ground, he smiled at her, chin dripping with the blood of his victims.
“Dr. Walsh, I presume?”
She smiled. Riley realized that he’d never seen her smile before. If he had, he might have realized sooner that he was working for the biggest monster of them all. Angelus had expected no less. He stepped close to her and let his features shift back to human. “This is an incredible facility you’ve established here. Unfortunately, you hurt one of mine and that is unpardonable.”
He gestured to the Krifgehn guards who wrapped their tentacles tightly around her. “I could kill you so easily, but it’s what you expect. No, I have something better in mind for you. Bring her.”
She struggled then, realizing her death was not to come quickly at his hands. The demons dragged her along as they entered the main room again. Angelus looked around, seeing Spike and Jonathan making their way from the computer rooms. Spike nodded and Angelus was pleased that they’d retrieved the information he needed. Angelus noticed that the boy was limping slightly and covered by Spike’s duster. He’d have to ask his childe about that later.
He turned in the opposite direction, looking for Graham and Xander to appear from the holding cells with Oz. It was then that he noticed their guards were fighting the few remaining soldiers. It was the first time he felt fear during the entire night. Where were his pets?
Angelus rushed across the room just in time to see Graham burst from the doors behind his guards. “Master, come quickly.”
Graham turned and ran back through the doorway, followed by Angelus and Riley. They heard the screams and howls before they reached the end of the long hallway. Riley recognized where they were heading and feared the worst.
The medical wing didn’t faze Angelus and he stormed past the blood and gore, intent on reaching his pet. He smelled Xander’s blood and moved faster, so fast that none of the rest could hope to keep up. There was only one set of doors remaining and Angelus knew Xander was behind it.
He threw open the doors and immediately went ballistic. His pet was naked and bloody, his clothing shredded on the floor around him. The wolf had his face pressed to the ground with one clawed hand as he pumped into Xander’s body. Xander screamed with each thrust and Angelus roared. The wolf paused, looking up and snarling.
Graham and Riley ran through the doorway behind them and skidded to a halt. Riley was sickened. The wolf’s claws shifted to Xander’s neck and pierced the skin, threateningly. Angelus snarled and the wolf growled back, adding a howl of victory at the end.
Xander whimpered and Angelus saw red. He leapt across the remaining distance and tackled the wolf to the ground. The wolf clawed and snarled at him, his jaws trying to find the vampire’s neck. Riley and Graham rushed to Xander. Oz got in one good punch and was able to slither free from Angelus hold. He lunged at the soldiers, driving them back away from Xander.
Angelus prepared to attack again and was surprised to see Xander’s hand creep up and clench in the wolf’s fur. His eyes met Angelus’ and he whispered “Master.” Then his eyes shifted to the wolf, then back to Angelus, pleading with his eyes for the vampire to understand. His pet wanted him to take him back from the wolf but he didn’t want the wolf killed.
Oz snarled as Angelus stepped closer and the vampire used his speed and strength to tackle him again. The wolf was strong but Angelus wasn’t blinded by his rage this time. He wrapped his hand tightly around the wolf’s neck, forcing its head to the side and pinning it to the ground. Oz struggled but Angelus fought him back and leaned down to snarl in the wolf’s face. The fight went out of the wolf and he went limp, acknowledging Angelus’ dominance over him.
Moments later, Oz shifted and his human features were revealed. He was beaten and bloody and from the wounds he still had, Angelus could only imagine what he’d looked like before he shifted. It took Oz a few moments to focus and then he wailed and tried to crawl to Xander when he realized what he’d done.
Riley and Graham were kneeling next to Xander and they watched the man moving painfully slowly towards him. With one movement, they could shoot him and drive him back but Angelus was letting him approach his pets and that was approval enough for them. Oz curled up on the floor beside Xander before his body finally gave out and he passed out.
Angelus had heard the wolf’s heart fluttering and knew he wouldn’t be conscious for long. He gestured for Graham to lift Oz while he tended to Xander. His pet was fighting to remain conscious but he’d lost a lot of blood and could feel his body shutting down. Angelus brushed his hand over Xander’s head. “Sleep, pet.”
He lifted the broken body in his arms and followed Graham and Riley out of the medical wing. The Krifgehn demons dropped to their knees when they saw the injured pet cradled in his Master’s arms. They had failed in their duty to protect him.
Angelus looked around at the demons all gathered around him. Some were rescued and stood with the members of their clan who had taken part in the rescue. The Krifgehn demons still had their tentacles wrapped around Dr. Walsh. “Each clan she has harmed will have 24 hours with her. She is not to be killed. Return her to the Krifgehn when all have taken their vengeance.
The Krifgehn turned her over to the demon clan closest to them and followed Angelus outside. Her screams echoed throughout the facility, but no one thought to assist her. Angelus found Spike and Jonathan waiting for him in the hallway where they’d entered. Both were beaten and bloody, and Jonathan was holding onto Spike, keeping his weight off his injured leg, but were moving on their own. Angelus stopped beside Jonathan.
“You have what we came for?”
“Yes, Master. I got the specs and as much information as I could from the system for you.”
“Childe?”
“Our guards were attacked by escapees. They were wounded. Soldiers got to me and there wasn’t anything I could do. I’m sorry, Sire.”
Angelus gestured to Riley, who scooped the limping Jonathan up and they all continued to the exit. Riley guided them to the parking lot where the Initiative’s vehicles were stored and Spike helped them hotwire a couple to transport them back to the warehouse.
Xander continued to grow weaker and Angelus began to fear that he would not be able to be saved. They entered the warehouse, Angelus cradling Xander to his chest while the others helped each other inside. Cordelia began to struggle when she saw Xander’s condition and Angelus motioned to the guards. “Free her.”
Cordelia ran to his side and Angelus paused for a moment to let her see him. Andrew saw Jonathan then, passed out and carried onto the bus by Graham and he started wailing. The sound was enough to jolt Cordelia from her shock and she burst into action. She followed Angelus onto the bus and slapped Andrew when she walked past him. He abruptly stopped crying and stared at her in shock. “You, come with me.”
Andrew felt his bindings loosened and he stood to follow her.
“Angelus? What do you need?”
He shook his head, lowering Xander to the bed in the back. “Send Wesley to me.”
“We’re going for supplies.” He nodded and she turned to leave.
“Cordelia.”
She turned back to him and he threw and handful of money at her. “Get whatever you think we need. I’ll save him.”
“You’d better not turn him. He’d rather die.”
Angelus nodded grimly and she left the bus, Andrew trailing along behind her.
Wesley squeezed past the horde standing at the door and wrapped his arm around Angelus’ shoulder.
“Wes, will the claiming work if he is unconscious?”
Wesley looked appalled, knowing that Angelus would have to both fuck and feed from Xander in his condition.
“I don’t know, Master. It should.”
“Leave us.”
They all filed out and Angelus heard the door close quietly. He was startled to feel a hand on his shoulder and looked up to see Graham standing beside him. “Let me help you.”
Angelus nodded and Graham helped him situate Xander on the bed before he dropped to his knees, tugging at Angelus’ pants. He sucked in the limp flesh quickly, using all of the skill he possessed to get his Master ready as fast as he could.
His cock filled, the stimulation proving effective, even as Angelus feared for his pet’s life. Graham released him after a moment and stood to remove his remaining clothes. Angelus kissed Graham deeply, showing his thanks before turning to the unconscious form on the bed.
Vampire or not, fucking a human who had been raped and was near death was not something Angelus wanted to do. He’d done similar acts of torture in the past, but this was different. This was his pet. HIS. Graham bit down on Angelus’ neck, drawing his attention back to the present.
“Do this, Master. The others have told me that you can heal him. Do this. Heal what is yours.”
Angelus moved between Xander’s legs, shifting them apart carefully. Xander didn’t move. Angelus leaned over him, gently sliding his cock into the abused hole and moved carefully inside him. Graham moved onto the bed behind him and licked his neck. “Come on, Master. I’ll help you.” Angelus started thrusting carefully, while Graham’s hands roamed his body, teasing and stimulating. His pet knew what he was doing and Angelus allowed the pleasure to take his mind away from his bleeding and broken pet.
Graham slipped a hand down between Angelus’ legs, letting his fingers brush across his Master’s hole and the sensitive skin surrounding it. He gripped his balls, pulling them gently with each thrust and Angelus responded as he’d hoped, letting his release build. The vampire leaned forward, still thrusting into Xander as his body was stimulated from behind by Graham. He bit down, carefully drawing the slightest amount of blood and Graham slid one finger into him, curling up and brushing his prostate just as the blood hit his tongue.
Angelus came, shooting his seed deep into Xander, pulling away from his neck to lay both hands on his back. “HEAL.” His roar shook the bus and all eyes were drawn to the closed door of the bedroom, hopeful that their master would succeed.
Xander’s body spasmed beneath him and Angelus laid himself out on top of him, whispering into Xander’s ear. “Heal, pet. Heal for me.” The quiet words seemed to work and Angelus felt the skin begin to knit around him. He slid his cock free of Xander’s body and moved to his side. Bringing one hand down to the bleeding hole, Angelus covered it gently and whispered again. “Heal, Xander.”
His pet shivered and Angelus heard Graham’s gasp of surprise as the wounds began to heal themselves. Angelus curled up against Xander and held him carefully. Graham laid down behind him, wrapping Angelus in his arms. “Thank you, Master.”
My Master performed a miracle that day, although it would be a while before Xander was fully recovered. But the bonds we hold with Angelus are strong and I knew from that point on that my Master’s strength was an incredible gift.
The Initiative was never the same and although I know my Master learned the fate of the evil doctor, he never spoke of it to us. I can only assume that it was as vicious and pain-filled as she deserved. My Master would not have settled for anything less.
I must visit with Xander now. After recalling how it felt to almost loose him, I find the need to reassure myself with his presence.
Farewell.
XO
